Our Mission
Here at Mystic Lantern, we pride ourselves on the very best that speculative fiction has to offer. We value quality over quantity, depth over shine, and heartfelt stories over the price tag on a cover. In a world hastily growing with artificially generated content, we aim to combat this shift in the market with immaculate storytelling told by real, human authors. We started as writers ourselves--we know all about the journey and what it takes to be an author. That's why we're here to support you through every step from the first drafts to a book on the shelf.
We are always looking for talented writers from all backgrounds! Regardless of age, race, or belief, all authors have a place here at Mystic Lantern. If there's a story--whether a tale meant to tear hearts in two or to heal one back together--we want to hear it.Please be advised that this House does not accept any of the following genres or mediums: screenplays, erotica-focused narratives, graphic novels, children's books, poetry, memoirs, or biographies. We will also not accept or entertain any story generated with AI assistance in any capacity.
